AI Song and Music Video in One Tool: What Exists in 2026

Most AI music tools do one half of the job. Suno, ElevenLabs Music and Singy make songs; Freebeat, Neural Frames and Kaiber make video. In our check only StarSinger and Google's Flow Music do both. Here is who does what, and when two tools are still the better choice.

AI Song and Music Video in One Tool: What Exists in 2026

Short answer: most AI music tools do one half of the job. Suno, ElevenLabs Music and Singy make songs only; Freebeat, Neural Frames and Kaiber make video only. In our check, two tools do both: StarSinger and Google's Flow Music. StarSinger prices video per video with no subscription; Flow Music lists music videos but does not say which plan includes them. Updated October 14, 2026.

How we checked: prices and features below come from each vendor's own pricing, help or release-notes page, read on October 14, 2026. We did not render the same song in every tool, so this article says nothing about output quality. Anything we could not confirm on an official page is marked as unverified, and prices change often, so check the vendor before you pay.

Why this is a separate category

Making a music video the usual way is two products and an export step: generate a song in one tool, download it, upload it to a video tool, and pay for both. Each tool has its own free-tier limits, licence terms and billing unit, and the licence on the song matters when you publish the video. A tool that does both removes the export and gives you one set of terms. It also tends to give you less control over each half.

The two tools that do both

StarSinger

You describe a song; it writes the lyrics, sings them, and can then turn the song into a lip-synced video starring a photo you supply. It also accepts a finished track you upload. The model is pay-per-use: one free song a day, extra songs at $1.99, and video priced by length from $2.99 for 15 seconds to $64.99 for 5.5 minutes, with a $19.99 personalised video and a $5.99 clip of the best ~20 seconds (web). Limits: videos are not free, they carry small StarSinger branding unless you pay a one-time $4.99, and the free song is published to a public feed while paid songs stay private until you publish them.

Flow Music (Google)

Launched July 29, 2026, built on Google's Lyria 3.5 model. Plans are Free with daily credits, then $6, $18 and $48 a month. Its pricing page lists a "music videos" feature without naming the plans that include it. We could not verify commercial terms or languages.

When two tools are still the better choice

  • You need a specific visual style, such as audio-reactive abstraction. Use a song tool plus Neural Frames or Freebeat.
  • You already have a song you love, perhaps from Suno. See can Suno make a music video?.
  • You need fine control over every shot: a general generator or an editor will serve you better than an all-in-one.

When one tool is enough

  • You want a quick, shareable song-and-video, for a birthday or a post, and care more about speed than control.
  • You prefer one bill and one set of terms.
  • You want a performer on screen from your own photo: see how it works.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an AI that makes a song and a music video?

Yes. StarSinger and Google's Flow Music both generate a song and a video. Most other tools make only one of the two.

Can Suno make a music video?

No. Suno makes songs; you need another tool for the video. See our Suno guide.

Is it cheaper to use one tool or two?

For a single video, pay-per-use tools are usually cheaper than stacking two monthly plans. If you make many videos a month, a subscription spread across them can win. See what a finished video costs.

Who owns an AI-generated song and video?

It depends on the tool and the plan. Free tiers often exclude commercial use and may watermark exports. Read the terms of each tool before publishing for profit.
