overview

What RocketReach does

RocketReach lets you search people and companies with 50+ filters (title, industry, location and more) or look up a specific person, then reveals their verified emails and, on Pro and Ultimate, mobile and direct phone numbers. RocketReach says it covers 700 million professionals and 60 million companies, and a lookup is only charged if it finds and verifies an email or phone. A Chrome extension does the same from LinkedIn and other sites.

Beyond lookups, every plan includes lists, CSV enrichment, email sequences with an AI email writer (500 emails per day) and "Autopilot" jobs that run prospecting automatically. Setup is a free account with 5 lookups and no card; CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Bullhorn) start on the Pro plan.

Cost per contact: on monthly billing Essentials is $69 / 100 lookups = 69 cents per lookup, Pro $119 / 250 = about 48 cents, Ultimate $209 / 1,000 = about 21 cents. On annual plans lookups are unlimited, so exports are the cap: $399 / 1,200 = about 33 cents per export, $899 / 3,600 = about 25 cents, $1,699 / 20,000 = about 8.5 cents. Annual billing is advertised as saving 50%, and adding a seat saves 5%. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month or year. best for

Who RocketReach is best for

RocketReach fits individuals and small teams who know who they want to reach and need a verified email or phone number for them, including recruiters and PR people who value personal emails. Annual plans suit steady, high-volume lookups because only exports are capped.

Look elsewhere if you mostly prospect inside LinkedIn and care most about phone numbers (Kaspr is cheaper for that), or if you want data and multichannel sequencing in one place for a sales team (Apollo.io). For email-only work tied to company domains, Hunter.io is simpler.

G2 shows 4.4/5 from 1,381 reviews; its May 2026 summary says reviewers like the speed and ease of finding contacts but mention outdated contacts, usage limits and unclear API pricing. On Capterra it scores 4.5 for ease of use and 3.9 for customer service, and Software Advice shows 4.1 overall and 3.7 for value, with some reviewers calling the "Unlimited" plan label misleading. Articuler's review (October 19, 2026) reports a Trustpilot score of 1.2 from 1,113 reviews, with complaints focused on auto-renewals and refunds, and cites RocketReach's help center putting typical email fulfillment at 80-85% and phone at about 65%. A 2024 LeadLoft review (a competing vendor) praises its personal emails and direct dials but warns some business emails are outdated.

Frequently asked questions

How much does RocketReach cost?

Essentials is $33/month billed annually ($399/year) or $69 monthly; Pro is $75/month annually ($899/year) or $119 monthly; Ultimate is $142/month annually ($1,699/year) or $209 monthly. Custom team plans start at $6K per year. Prices checked on https://rocketreach.co/pricing on October 31, 2026.

Is RocketReach free?

You can create a free account with 5 lookups and no credit card. After that you need a paid plan.

Are RocketReach lookups really unlimited?

Lookups are listed as unlimited on annual plans only, and exports are capped (1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year). Monthly plans include 100, 250 or 1,000 lookups. Some reviewers on Software Advice say the "Unlimited" label misled them, so read the plan terms.

Does RocketReach include phone numbers?

Only on Pro and Ultimate. Essentials is email only. A lookup that finds no verified email or phone is refunded.

Which CRMs does RocketReach integrate with?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn on Pro and Ultimate, plus Zapier, a Chrome extension, MCP and API access. Salesforce custom mapping is Ultimate only.

Can I cancel RocketReach anytime?

Yes, from your account page, but because plans are prepaid the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month or year. Third-party reviews report frequent complaints about auto-renewals, so cancel before the renewal date.

RocketReach vs Kaspr: which should I use?

RocketReach lets you search a 700M-profile database with filters and returns personal emails; Kaspr works from LinkedIn profiles and is cheaper if you mainly need phone numbers for people you already found there.
