OiiOii splits animation into roles handled by seven AI agents: Art Director, Scriptwriter, Character Designer, Scene Creator, Animator, Editor and Sound Engineer. From a text prompt they write a script, design characters and scenes, lay out a storyboard, generate the shots, add music and cut the result, aiming to keep faces, outfits, lighting and props consistent from shot to shot. You can then regenerate any single shot on the canvas without redoing the rest.

Starting points include agent templates such as Story Video, Free Creation, Omni Remake, Viral Remake, Character Design and Scene Design, with anime, 3D and realistic presets and, per OiiOii, 150+ art styles. It works in the browser, as a desktop app and from the OiiOii CLI. Generation runs on third-party models the site names, among them Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Kling 3.0 and 4.0, Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Wan 2.7 and 3.0, Vidu Q3, Hailuo, Midjourney Niji, NovelAI, Nano Banana and Suno.

All paid tiers list watermark-free 1080p export, no queue for members, the OiiOii CLI and member discounts on models. A credit is worth roughly $0.008 according to the TEAM MAX card. Credits are charged per image or per second of video: Wan 3.0 at 720p costs 7 credits a second and Kling 4.0 at 720p costs 17, so BASE's 1,310 credits cover about 187 seconds of Wan 3.0 or about 77 seconds of Kling 4.0, if you collect every daily check-in. Subscription credits arrive in 31-day batches and expire after 31 days; top-up packs last 365 days; check-in credits last 3 days.

The page runs frequent time-limited promotions (a countdown, zero-credit Seedance 2.5 on some plans and discount badges of up to 91.9% as of this check), so the price you see may differ. Payment is by card, Google Pay, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat, Apple Pay or PayPay; promotional memberships are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

OiiOii suits creators, educators, game studios and brands who want a complete animated short, music video or story clip from an idea without assembling a toolchain, and who are happy to let agents make most of the creative calls. The CLI and team plans also make it usable for batch production.

If you want to control each keyframe and inbetween yourself, Morphic gives more shot-level control. If you just need one clip from one model, going direct to a model app such as Kling is simpler. Watch the promotions: credits expire after 31 days, so a large plan only pays off if you generate every month.
