Beautiful.ai keeps slides on-brand automatically for teams. Prezi is for non-linear, zooming presentations. How we checked: plans, free allowances and export rules come from each vendor's own pricing and help pages, read October 30, 2026; Gamma's and Prezi's pricing pages were read in a browser because they do not load for automated readers. Canva's pricing page could not be read at all, so we leave its prices out rather than guess. We did not generate the same deck in every tool, so this guide does not rank design quality.

Gamma

Gamma builds a deck, document or web page from a topic, pasted text, an imported file or a URL. Exports go to PDF, PNG or PowerPoint, and a PowerPoint file can be opened in Google Slides. Free exports carry a "Made by Gamma" badge; Plus ($9 a month billed yearly) removes it and raises the limit to 100 slides per prompt. Pro ($18) adds custom domains, analytics, password protection and API access. Annual billing is 28% cheaper than monthly.

Beautiful.ai

Beautiful.ai is built around smart templates that rearrange themselves as you add content, so slides stay aligned and on-brand. There is no free plan: Pro is $14.50 a month billed yearly after a 14-day trial (card required), Team is $40 per user a month billed yearly, and a one-off month of Pro costs $45. Students with a .edu email get a year free.

Prezi

Prezi presents on a zoomable canvas instead of a slide sequence, which suits talks that jump between topics. Its free plan includes 500 AI credits a month, but free presentations are public. Standard is $7 a month billed yearly; PDF export starts on Plus ($19); Premium ($29) adds analytics and training.

Already paying for Office or Workspace?

Copilot in PowerPoint is included in Microsoft 365 Personal ($99.99 a year), Family and Premium, and builds a deck from a prompt or a Word document. Gemini in Google Slides comes with Workspace Business Standard ($14 per user a month) and Plus, but not Starter. If your slides must end up in PowerPoint or Slides anyway, start here before adding another subscription.
