What Jetwriter AI does
Jetwriter AI adds a reply button to Gmail, Outlook, Zoho Mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Web and Slack. You click it, type a few words about what you want to say, and it drafts a full reply using the conversation, your past emails and writing style, your website and, if needed, a live web lookup. A keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+K) opens it in any text box. On paid plans, Auto-Drafts writes Gmail replies as messages arrive and leaves them as drafts; the vendor says nothing is sent without you. Other tools let you ask about or summarize the open page, translate, fix grammar, change tone and dictate by voice.
It installs as an extension for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Vivaldi, and there is a web app that works in mobile browsers; Auto-Drafts show up in the Gmail app on phones. Replies run on models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, with lighter models on the free plan and advanced ones such as Claude Opus on paid plans. The extension also lets you plug in your own API key. Jetwriter says your data is not used to train AI or shared with third parties. The product was called ChatGPT Writer until its 2025 rename.
